Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for Interpretation of terms used in this Refund Policy. If we provide you with any refund, your Access to our Services will be terminated immediately.

  1. You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

1.1. A payment mistake of any kind has occurred (for example, double payment), and you informed company representatives about it via email to support@floridaonlinedivorce.com. Please note that you can get a 100% refund only within 45 days of the payment date and if you have not started providing answers to the Questionnaire.

1.2. The Uncontested Divorce Forms you have downloaded from your Account were rejected by the court, and you have provided us with a rejection letter from the court where the reason for rejection is stated, and the rejection has occurred due to the issues with our Software.

1.3. It has been less than 45 days since you made a full payment for the Standard Subscription or less than 30 days since you made a first Installment Payment and have not answered any of the questions in the Questionnaire.

  1. You are eligible for a 70% refund if:

2.1. You have made a full payment for the Standard Subscription and answered less than 25 questions in the Questionnaire.

  1. You are eligible for a 50% refund if:

3.1. You have made a full payment for the Standard Subscription and answered 25 or more questions in the Questionnaire, and you’ve asked for a refund before the Uncontested Divorce Forms were uploaded to your Account.

  1. You can get a refund for Extras if:

4.1 You have paid for any shipping extra but have not confirmed the shipping address yet.

4.2 You have paid for any delivery extra and never submitted the Questionnaire.

  1. Please be aware that no refund options are available for:

5.1. Any shipping extra if you confirmed the shipping address and any delivery extra if you submitted the Questionnaire.

5.2. Subscription Renewal.

5.3. Cases where you forgot to apply a discount or a promo code.

5.4. Cases where you or your spouse decided to use another service or hire a lawyer.

5.5. Cases where you find out that you cannot file for Uncontested Divorce.

5.6. Cases where you decide not to use Uncontested Divorce Forms or your spouse refuses to sign them.

5.7. Cases where you filed Uncontested Divorce Forms more than 30 days after they became available in your Account whether or not the Uncontested Divorce Forms were rejected by the court for any reason.

5.8. Cases where the court rejection occurred because the information you provided on our Website was incorrect, inaccurate, invalid, not up-to-date, or lacking.

5.9. Cases where you did not get Uncontested Divorce Forms specific to your county or forms that cannot be provided outside certain entities or can only be provided by third parties.

5.10. Cases where the court does not allow you to file for Uncontested Divorce for reasons unrelated to Uncontested Divorce Forms or to represent yourself in court.

5.11. Cases when you decided not to make further payments after making the first Installment Payment, no matter the reason, except as outlined in Clause 1.3.

5.12. Cases where any of the people involved in your case do not meet the residency requirements of the state where you or your spouse will/have filed for divorce.

5.13. Cases when the court where you or your spouse will/have filed for divorce does not have jurisdiction over any of the people involved in your case.

5.14. Cases where the person who will/have filed for divorce is not physically present in the state.

5.15. Cases where the court does not accept the divorce grounds or grant a relief requested by any party to the case.

5.16. Cases where you did not use the Service , did not submit the Questionnaire answers, or did not receive the forms within the 45 days provided by the Standard Subscription.

5.17. Cases where we processed your Shipping extra, but the third-party company responsible for shipping was not able to process it properly due to their internal issues.

5.18. Cases where the Customer uses the Service despite the warning in Clause 9.2 of our Terms and Conditions.
